Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery Information

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
